Firstly, this article conducts research on the scenic and cultural aspects of Guangxi "Village Tour", provides analysis for travel experience and needs, summarizes the needs of Guangxi Tourism existing needs combined with study results. Furthermore, by utilizing the latest technologies associated with mobile platform or mobile device, the author explores and develops new product formfactor in promoting the interactions between tourists and the scene or people or special culture events and put it into practice in the form of mobile application to expand tourists experience. Most of this article describes, from theory to practice, the context and process of "Special+" system and the "Timera" application research, analyzes trends in how the tourism and mobile technology can be combined to comply with and guide tourists’needs. In view of technology feasibility and big data statistics, the author plots a plan to build a mobild application and high "experiential" platform based on travel behavior-oriented pattern. Another small portion of this article is to explore ideas of the redesign of traditional culture by taking national garments culture as an example of how to protect, use, develop the traditional cultural characteristics.This paper presents in a comprehensive interdisciplinary way of thinking. It discovers the needs and propose solutions. Before the design of the format of "object", with combined spirit of the current age and characteristics, the author considers the nature of "matter" and possibility of innovation.
