In recent years,with the increasing aging of the population,the lower extremity motor dysfunction has caused problems to the majority of the elderly.In order to help the patients with lower extremity dyskinesia and make them recover health as soon as possible,medical rehabilitation is of great significance.Because the traditional lower limb medical rehabilitation training is mostly carried out through mechanical equipment,the lack of interactive long-term rehabilitation training will make patients feel boring,unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of patients for rehabilitation training,which will make patients push or even resist the rehabilitation treatment,greatly affecting the treatment effect of rehabilitation training.In order to solve this contradiction,make patients actively cooperate with rehabilitation training treatment,reduce the psychological pressure of patients,so as to achieve more effective rehabilitation training effect.With the rise of augmented reality technology,the application of augmented reality technology in mobile terminal is more and more,which is also one of the most concerned technologies in the field of human-computer interaction.Mobile augmented reality technology is a combination of display technology,image tracking technology and human-computer interaction technology through mobile terminal equipment.The purpose is to make the real environment and virtual object seamlessly connect,and expand people's perception range.Therefore,this paper proposes a mobile augmented reality game for lower extremity rehabilitation.First,it can stimulate patients' interest in rehabilitation training by means of games.Second,augmented reality is an attractive new technology.Novel interactive mode can bring new sensory experience to patients,thus increasing the interest of rehabilitation training and effectively improving the treatment of rehabilitation training effect.Based on the research and analysis of the existing technology,combined with the practical needs,the augmented reality technology is applied to the field of medical rehabilitation.On the basis of walking rehabilitation training,a mobile augmented reality game for lower extremity rehabilitation is designed,and the system implemented is tested.The system design is reasonable,and the interaction process is in line with the actual needs,which has a positive effect on the medical rehabilitation training.Compared with the boring traditional lower limb rehabilitation training,the training program proposed in this paper can solve the boring problem in the traditional rehabilitation training,so that patients with lower limb disease can carry out more effective and interesting walking rehabilitation training.
