To survive from the cutting-throat market competition and seek development, anenterprise must formulate and implement the overall business strategy by its own actualsituation. In reality, however, many enterprises still pay no attention on their businessmanagement, particularly some state-owned enterprises; they often pay heavy penalties onmanagement mistakes. Therefore, by different situations of an enterprise itself, to enhancethe consciousness of the enterprise management strategy, and to master the theory andmethod of enterprise management strategy is very important.In the past30years, world has witnessed the fast and great change of China. Chinahas moved from the edge of international family to the center of it. But, China is a bigcountry rather than a strong country with culture. A country with strong culture is alwaysdefined as a country with international speaking right. To get rid of the reality, Chinesemedia enterprises must go into the world, through the operation of market and successfulbusiness strategy, enhance its international influence. Only by this way, China will becomea country with strong culture.This thesis takes CCTV Arabic Channel as study subject. By studying its differentaspects, which include its operation status, international influence, set-up background anddevelopment in Middle East region, this thesis will give a judgment of its current businessstatus. By studying its strength and weakness, comparing with other internationalenterprises in the same region, researching its marketing position, development model,operational model and business strategy, this thesis will finally conclude a businessstrategy plan and some suggestion on developments to the study subject.
