With the computer information technology, wireless communication technology, automatic control technology, power line carrier communication technology development, as well as the rapid growth of the scale of the customers, the market demand for city lighting control system has changed, the system of standardization, openness, security, scalability, green energy-saving, high-performance, supporting large-scale equipment has become an important indicator. The smart lighting integrated management platform is slightly less than in these indicators needs to be improved, so the company decided to re-planning of a new generation of intelligent lighting management platform to improve the current lack of product standardization and other issues, in order to consolidate the leadership of our products in the market.City lighting OPC UA Server core subsystem as an integrated management platform for intelligent lighting, bear the responsibilities of the communication server, real-time wireless communications, and the next crew to provide accurate, real-time on-site operating data for other upper level system. The focus of city lighting OPC UA Server support mainstream standards of industrial sectors:Modbus communication protocol and OPC UA standards, which will greatly enhance the ability of our products in the standardization, openness, security and other indicators. Via GPRS wireless communication system based on the Modbus communication protocol for data exchange with lower machine intelligent monitoring terminal (RTU), street lamp control switch control distribution cabinet or transformer, supports remote control, remote communication, telemetry three remote functions can collect voltage, current, power factor of electrical parameters information, the annual switch lights timetable issued. System via OPC UA standards with other monitoring systems (such as the intelligent lighting management platform, third-party configuration software, HMI, MES) standard interface calls, improve product standardization, security, distributed. In Chapter2, in-depth study of the OPC UA standards, security model, service model, address space model highlights about OPC UA-based systems such as the server program, the client program, and how to implement OPC UA system technology.In this paper, the Rational Unified Process (Rational Unified Process, RUP) all stages of analysis and design modeling language for software development method for software development process, the Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language, UML), based on the industry’s Philippe Kruchten4+1view method of software requirements analysis, architecture design, detailed design iteration stage, from of patients architecture, logical architecture, development architecture, process architecture, physical architecture, functional architecture used, such as system modeling and description. In the detailed design stage of the system’s core modules-OPC UA communication module static modeling and dynamic modeling and database design. We use third-party OPC UA client city lighting OPC UA Server functional testing, successfully realized experimental tank equipment the switch loop control, and access to lower electrical parameters of the machine data to meet the system as a communication server integrated management platform for intelligent lighting a prerequisite.
