The traditional street lighting system is relatively independent and the control strategy always tends to be simple as well,which thus causes difficulties in management and maintenance.And then lead to a waste of manpower and electricity.With the acceleration of urbanization developing in our country,the promotion and transformation of urban street lighting system becomes more and more important.With the rapid development of network communication technology,database technology,sensor technology and microelectronic technology,it's appropriate to upgrade the traditional lighting system by network.This paper focuses on the construction of smart city,and makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the control of road lighting by applying management system.The first section introduces the background of the subject,then comes the feasibility study in this part in which the content and structure of the paper will be proposed as well;Secondly,with the purpose of developing city lighting information system,the demand analysis is carried out.Meanwhile,the use cases are analyzed in detail.The next part begins with the introduction of general design which the overall design follows and ended by the composition of prototype model together with the design of database.On the next step,the paper gives some details of prototype system.All the main functional modules are analyzed step by step at the same time.Finally,the presentation of subsystems is preferred after which the prototype system will be tested and analyzed.In view of the construction of system along with the deep learning algorithm(the focus of artificial intelligence)and analysis of voltage time series data,this paper proposes a voltage prediction algorithm based on phase space reconstruction and deep neural network regression prediction analysis.The network's model and corresponding algorithm are designed,following which the performance of simulation data is analyzed.The results show that the algorithm can be applied to the analysis of actual data.The smart city lighting information system is created completely according to the development process of software engineering,including studying the feasibility of market and development,analyzing the requirements and designing overall structure.The design of this information-based system adopts the classic B/S design pattern,the framework of system architecture is spring boot + mybatis,the permission control framework is shiro,the remote communication between system and server takes MQTT protocol,and the system uses Mysql as the database management system.Vue.Js framework is adopted to build the front-end interface of the system.The interaction logic of the page is clear.Besides,the operation of the pages are simple and easy.
