There are many kinds of breakdowns during the process of using the precision instrument, while one simple problem can be caused by many breakdowns of different parts of the instrument. To ensure that users and maintainers could provide efficient solutions to the problems caused by the breakdowns of the instruments, effective training and evaluation are necessary. But directly operating the instruments are unrealistic since there is a limit in numbers of the instrument and arbitrary demolition is impossible as well as the high cost, vase size, and internal precision. An efficient solution which can save resource and offer the maintainers an opportunity to practice is in need. Thus, this passage puts forward an application system based on B/S framework to provide training and evaluating, which will to a great extent solve the problem.Firstly, this passage leads to the conclusion of the breakdown with the description of the failure phenomenon as well as the outlook and the electronic parameters of the components by analyzing the composing form of the breakdowns and the relationship between the overall breakdown and the physical problem. Meanwhile, through the analysis of the problem’s relationship and practical demand, the system can use tree structure to prioritize the order of solving problems. In this way, the complexity in practical operation and programming can be simplified. Then, based on the above conclusion combined with practical demand, there will be general design of the system and module division followed by detailed design. Finally, the system use B/S framework and MVC developing model to implement the requirements. It can use Codelgniter, an open source PHP framework, as the system’s framework, also MS SQL Server as the software to manage the database. It also can realize the user’s interaction using JQuery in the foreground and improve the user’s operating experience using Ajax.The system realized in this passage ultimately realizes the problem solving functions through operations on a series of detail sketch and offers relative training and evaluating system. Mainly realize the coverage the whole process of troubleshooting so that the problems changes from operating the instruments to operating the computers. The increase in efficiency avoids the waste of resource. At the same time, inner testing before officially put into use following the white box testing during development and the black box testing for each module improves the system’s function and usability repeatedly. Thus better actualize the demand this passage mentioned at the beginning.
