Design And Implementation Of Data Management Platform Based On Local Taxation

With the continuous improvement of the national tax information level,more and more information systems are being built in tax departments.A large number of local tax data are centralized in the tax departments.At the same time,due to the country's vigorous advocacy and development of big data's strategy,large amounts of data are circulating among the government departments.However,in the face of the data that stays in the database and file system,the tax departments have not been solved the data problems.The problems including people cannot intuitively understand their own data.There is no corresponding data channel for external data,and there is a lack of internal and external data matching tools.In order to help tax authorities to understand their own data assets technically,open up data exchange channels,match internal and external data,this system mainly designs a tax data resource display platform with data downloading and data matching functions in other words,the data management platform based on local taxation.In this master thesis,the whole process of analysis,design and implementation of data management platform based on local taxation are introduced.The requirement analysis of the data management platform is based on local taxation was described in detail,clarifying the user needs of the system,and determining the main functional modules to be realized;describing overall architecture design of the system,and giving the system architecture design and module partition.The design process of each function module of data management platform explained in detail by using ER diagram,program flow chart and so on,describing the class design,interface design,database design and other detailed design schemes for each functional module construction of the whole system.In addition,this master thesis introduces in detail the specific implementation of user login,user rights management,data upload and download,panoramic overview and other functional modules which are mainly implemented in the system and the test methods and test cases of system test describing briefly test methods and examples of system testing and giving testing results.The data management platform based on local taxation is taking the existing local tax data warehouse platform as the data basis,undertaking the gold tax with third phase of project user post responsibility system of State Administration of Taxation.Using design pattern development of B / S architecture,Tomcat as WEB server and Mysql as database server,the functions of uploading and downloading on customized data and displaying multi-dimensional tax data assets and so on are realized and it provides users with convenient and friendly means of data management,it improves the efficiency of data management of users,and has good economic value in the industry.
