Inventory Management System Based On C/S Architecture

The rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, to play a role, more and more important for the social and economic development of information rapidly, however, makes enterprises exist many loopholes in the trade management, namely the management in the purchase, sales, inventory management, poor. With the development of computer technology, the management information system more and more applied to enterprise management, including trade management. Enterprise using the system, enterprises in the purchase, sales, inventory management, query, input, output and work efficiency becomes higher and higher, but also greatly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, it is of great significance.In this paper, considering the system’s real-time and transparent data management requirements are relatively high, so the choice of client/server (C/S) mode for the system development framework, and the two layer architecture of traditional upgrade, into the logic processing layer. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) a detailed study of the C/S two layers architecture, and on this basis, analysis of the existing structure of the two layer, three layer architecture is proposed, and its application to the construction of distribution management system, and eventually formed a solution based on C/S architecture distribution storage management system;(2) as an example, through field investigation, and the application of formal methods, such as data flow diagram, data dictionary, describe the distribution storage system, on this basis, the overall design and detailed design of the system, and finally realize the system, and test.From the practical point of view, the enterprise Invoicing management system can meet the need of the enterprise business management, by using this system, the trade management more systematic, standardization, automation, so as to enhance the enterprise operation efficiency and economic benefit.
