Design And Implementation Of BAS For Intelligent Building

With the development of the building technology, computer technology, controltechnology and communication technology, arise a new cross subject called IntelligentBuilding Technology. At present, intelligent building technology has been more and morein-depth studied and widely used. The structure of high-rise building is complex, and there aremany building equipment in it. So it is difficult to design a Intelligent System for a high-risebuilding. Since Building Automation System is the critical part of Intelligent Building, thispaper will get such a work finished.This paper presents the meaning of the intelligent building in detail, and describes itsresearch status and development trend. It analyzes the structure, hierarchy and integratedtechnology of the current mainstream building automation system, discusses the designmethod and the steps, selectes platform for Building Automation, and analyzes Apogeesystem.Refer to the functional structure of the building and the actual needs of the owners,according to the national and industry standards, combined with the design principles of"advanced and operable, economic and utility, safe and reliable, convenient and comfortable ",the design of Building Automation System is completed, which includes the monitoring andmanagement of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning), building water supplyand drainage.On these bases, the application design of Apogee system, including themanagement platform, the control section, infector section and detonator section, is completed.At the end of the paper, software interface and control effect are described, taking AHU (AirConditioning Unit) as example.This Building Automation System contributes to enhance the architectural value. Itupgrades the building image, raises the economic benefit, promotes the efficiency of businessmanagement and property management, increases the energy efficiency; enhances thebuilding security and improves the indoor amenity.
