Driven by scientific and technological progress,modern architecture has been continuously integrated with the characteristics of social development.Intelligent buildings based on computer science,modern control technology,and modern architecture technology have emerged and become a global trend and trend.This study first introduces the characteristics of intelligent buildings and clarifies their structural divisions,and then details the structure,function,and integration methods of each subsystem of intelligent buildings.Building automation systems are an important means of achieving intelligent buildings.By integrating various technologies such as sensors,controllers,actuators,and network communication,it realizes the intelligent control and management of electromechanical equipment in buildings,thereby improving the energy efficiency performance and operational efficiency of buildings and ultimately achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.Therefore,in the construction industry,in-depth analysis and design of building automation systems to achieve the automation and centralized management of electromechanical equipment are essential for achieving intelligent buildings and sustainable development.Secondly,based on the principle of energy-saving technology,the structure of building automation systems for water supply and drainage,air conditioning,lighting,elevators,and other systems are analyzed and designed.The methods and key technologies for energy-saving transformation of each subsystem of intelligent buildings are proposed,and the communication connection,software,and hardware technology requirements of each subsystem of building automation are set.Finally,the energy-saving design research is applied to the energy-saving renovation of an office building in a large building complex,and the energy data before and after the renovation are compared through the actual operation of the system to analyze the renovation effect.The initial completion of the system’s integration testing and monitoring has improved the automation level of various electromechanical equipment in the building and achieved the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
