| In this paper, it has been researched to design and apply a new type DCS in Building Automation System (BAS) and its application to the building of International Finance Plaza.Firstly the BAS history and its future development have been deeply investigated. Then some problems of applying the BAS to the buildings in China have been pointed out. Finally a correct approach and method of BAS design and its application have been put forward and put into the BA System of the International Finance Plaza, after the structure of the BAS being analyzed.In this paper, by applying the APOGEE control system by SIEMENS a DCS with 3362 I/O points has been assembled to combine the site control stage, monitoring and control stage and the management stage with 15 MBC, 26 MEC, 78 LTEC, two operator workstations and a database server through Ethernet Protocol. The foresaid system, with flexible expansion, will not only be easily integrated in the future but also has been supplied to user a BAS with safety, feasibility and high ratio of quality and value.A recommended energy saving control method has been brought forward in this paper including fuzzy control, how to calculate the heat capacity and decide the number of the equipment to be started, choose the valve sizes and types, control the differential pressure of heat and chilled water, modulate the temperature of AHU, run the ventilation equipment in the in-door parking lot, control the lighting system in both the common area and the lottery. A perfect energy saving result has been gotten through applying the above theory, technology and measures to the BAS of the building of International Finance Plaza.In addition to what discussed above, more energy saving measures and technologies also have been put forward in this paper. |
