Research On E HR System Of ICBC Hunan Branch

The increasing development of information technology has backed up therevolution of human resources management, which has made hu man resourcesdepartment release from data inputting and computing, put more emphasis onoperation, fit for the exchange of the human resources in the bank, promote the keyoperating process and strategic goal of the human resources by informationtechnology, raise working efficiency, and in support of the strategic decisions.The informatization of the human resources management is a new managementpattern to apply the computer and network technology to the human resourcesmanagement. Through concentrated information base, automatic processinginformation, staff self-service, outsourcing and shared services to lower managementcost and raise working efficiency, to provide customized services for the staff. Thestudy adopt the SSH as the framework with String on the base of MVC pattern, lyingon the Java application and with Struts on the base of MVC pattern, lying on the Javaweb application. Hibernate is an open source object-relational mapping framework. Atthe same time, the system uses the B/S (Browser/Server) structure namely the browserand server structure. In addition, it uses the SQL Server2000as an applicationdatabase.Through the study, this paper puts forward some development and application ofguiding ideology, management methods and management approaches for eHR systemof the ICBC Hunan branches. In result to realize the systematic management ofemployees, being able to quickly master individual information and work of the state,and reducing banks human resource management cost, and improving the efficiencyof the human resource management. Making ICBC Hunan branches truly realizemanage human resources on line, systematically and scientifically.
