Icbc Product Innovation Editing System And Implementation

In order to further promote business and product innovation, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China communicates with the Information Management Department and the Product Innovation Management Division plans to open up the column of product innovation. The column will be shown by the link to the network of ICBC head office. The column is a platform for the dissemination, evaluation and communication of the business and product innovation information. Through this platform it could be better for the bank to collect employees'new ideas in product innovation, new demands and the experience of using the product. But the information science and technology field faces a big challenge to effectively organize and manage the information, and rapidly, accurately, and completely find the information the staff need.The editing of the ICBC product innovation adopts the manuscript filtration systems used in management system. It is the work on the one million manuscripts written by 300,000 people. It is inefficient to filter, audit the innovation degree of these manuscripts manually. Especially the auditors in charge have different division in ICBC's business areas, thus they have different standards to measure and can not reach a unified standard. the innovativeness of the manuscripts can not be accurately audited manually. To choose the suitable auditor is the key to evaluate the manuscripts'content and improve quality of auditing. The filtering technology can solve this problem on how to audit the manuscripts by computer automaticly.In response to these problems, the thesis designed and implemented a manuscript automatic filtering model based on the text filtering and classification techniques in ICBC's product innovation and editing system. To classify the innovation degree of the arguments and approaches in the manuscripts by text filtering and classification techniques which is classified as the high innovative, low or non-innovative.Main research contents of the thesis are stated as follows:1. Analysis, design and fulfillment of editing and management system. Analysis of editing and management system use the most popular demand analysis method Use Case, accurately master the needs of users and the maximum extent of developers, ensure the smooth progress of system development. System analysis using four-color prototype method, better suited to the field of banking and distinct features of this system. System design using field-driven model, with better build institutional capacity and institutional capabilities of models, and more unified with analysis model.2. Established a manuscript automatic filtering system model. For user's published manuscript, through establishing the knowledge base of a bank background to conduct an initial filter, and then classify the text related content. Using weights based on the characteristics of text classification methods to classify, and suggesting to improve the characteristics of weight estimation methods.
