Design And Development Of The Terminal Of Multimedia Evaluation Of Customer On Service

In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technologyand Internet technology, more and more intelligent products are widely used in allaspects of social production and life. The progress of the society and the advance ofthe quality in life which make the quality of service be paid more and more attentionin service industry, high intelligenc and high real-time in evaluation terminal, whichwill undoubtedly become the pursuit of Chinese service industry. The terminal ofmultimedia evaluation of customer based on the embedded technology can be verywell to content the service of occupation; it has a modular design, excellentportability and more intuitive interface design etc. This paper is based on a researchof the social demand, and designed the terminal of multimedia evaluation of customeron service.(1)This paper describes in detail the development of the terminal of multimediaevaluation of customer and the function requirements in the background of currentsituation,and the same time point out the limitations of the evaluation terminal.On thisbasis, this paper designs the hardware platform be using the S3C2440as the coreprocessor Samsung corp and external other peripheral circuit,then load the Wince6.0operating system, realized the terminal of multimedia evaluation of customer ofintelligent, digitaland.(2)This paper gives the specific steps on transplantation of the Wince6.0operating system, and successfully modified and transplantation of Bootloader andOAL. When the operating system image is compiled, burned it into the NandFlash,then it make the load successfully in our hardware platform and start the Wince6.0system. At the same time, the system compiled will generate based on the hardwareplatform for the SDK（Software Development Kit） development environment packet,installed in the development of the host, then successfully built the developmentenvironment of the system.(3)The terminal of multimedia evaluation which using MFC Smart Device tocreate project, the three level and five modules are realized,data layer, transport layer,presentation layer, and promotional display module, teller management module,service evaluation module, voice module, offer screen synchronization module, thengives concrete program flow of the development of each module.The possible problems especially for the display show detailed solutions, and gradually improvethe function of the terminal of multimedia evaluation of customer.At last this paperalso studies and designs terminal system SDK（Software Development Kit） whichdeveloped using package, convenient software engineers to develop an expanded andmore function on the foundation of this system.(4)Last the comprehensive test of the whole system in this design. According tothe function requirements and performance indicator, which were related to the test,and gave the relevant conclusions.The results show that, the successful development of the terminal of multimediaevaluation of customer can provide excellent control experience for the serviceindustry, and can be easily embedded into their daily work, to improve workefficiency. The terminal system research and development of SDK, can also besupplied more extended space to third party developers, thus realizes terminal systemin this paper combined with other system perfect, become more mature and stablesystem, where is the significance of this research on multimedia information serviceterminal system.
