Urban Construction Research Report "Tianjin Daily"

This thesis is written to principally investigate in the content of housing renovation in Tianjin reported by Tianjin Daily in the period of1993and2000. By using methodology of content analysis, bibliography investigation and historical investigation, the housing renovation reporting system of Tianjin Daily will be analyzed, and discuss its report character, as well as its existing problem. On the basis of large amount empirical data, taking the Tianjin Daily as individual case for a in-depth study, this thesis further analyzes and concludes the local party newspapers such as the Tianjin Daily which was disseminating reporting strategy relating to the urban construction at that time, so as to contribute to our present traditional media, especially the local party newspaper for propaganda of reporting urban construction.
