Comparative Study Of American Environmental News Reported

Environmental problems have become one of the focuses of the world currently, and environmental protection is highly valued. The United States is the birthplace of environmental news, The Environment news text mature in the1960s, After40years of development and practice, has formed a relatively complete theoretical system, represents the mainstream of the world. And our country’s environmental news research still in its infancy, the vast majority has no theoretical basis.This paper selects the China News Award and the Pulitzer Prize-winning works as a sample, with typical report, from the macro level to compare the environmental news reported similarities and differences between China and the United States, aims to show the status of China environment news report and summarize in the environmental law of news reports on the two countries. Same time, as a representative of the eastern and western powers in China and the United States belong to two different cultures, by means of the two different cultural environment news texts to analyze the underlying ideological differences.
