With the development of measurement technology and the expediting of networkingprocess, networked measurement control technology takes a more and more important role inoil processing enterprise. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and safe reliability,high precision algorithms and IC technology are applied to the system, not only making thesegments go smoothly that include by-product packing, finished products marketing and costaccounting, but also significantly improving system security. The introduction of networktechnology,achieving coordination work and data sharing of enterprise various aspects, alsoeffectively supports the enterprise’s information construction and resource planning.Therefore, this paper researches networking measurement control technology of oilprocessing enterprise and implements systems integrated development.This paper focuses on two important measurement process in oil enterprise solid-liquidmetering links which include oil depot selling oil and quantitative packaging soybean-meal,as well further designs and builds the system. This paper firstly gives a detailed summary ofthe development on oil enterprise measuring links and necessary overview of the developmenton management-software, while analyzes the deficiencies of oil enterprise measurementcontrol system, on the basis of functional requirements and comparison of variousscheme.Then, the paper presents a metering system solutions which consists of PLC and PC.In terms of designing oil depot selling oil subsystem, in the light of the requirements of thesystem function, S7-200SMART, flow sensor, regulating valve and temperature sensor asperipheral equipment are selected to build the hardware system; focusing on the process ofselling oil metering control, the paper designs a fuzzy PID control algorithm to ensure theaccuracy of quantitative selling oil as well as improve the selling oil speed; IC card and OPCcommunication technology are introduced into depot management-software in order to ensuresecurity and efficiency. In the research of soybean-meal quantitative packaging subsystem, thepaper focuses on researching and achieving an automatic error correction algorithm andsoftware filtering algorithms, reducing the errors caused by blanking impact, on-sitedisturbance, air blanking in the dynamic weighing process; on the basis of fully accounting users’ operation habit and local requirements, designed a MCGS touch-screen softwareengineering is designed as HMI. Based on C/S and B/S hybrid architecture, an informationmanagement system is developed, including database logical design, implementation of everyfunction module and web programming and publishing. At last, the test and debug of theentire system hardware and software are completed.This paper designs metering control system with PLC and PC, which owns reliableperformance,short development cycle and irreplaceable advantages in medium-sized andsmall-scale control system; Information management system based on C/S and B/S can ensurereal-time, security and efficiency when communicating to lower machine, and also achievedthe information and network of system. Finally, field testing of measurement algorithm,optimizing web developing platform and other work should be further improved in the future.
