Research On The Quality Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of The Digital Library Resources Aggregation

In the era of big data,we should expand the quality evaluation of digital library's resource aggregation,and discuss the transformation of digital library's service strategy,which is a reflection of how digital libraries develop and utilize data resources in depth.Under the big data environment,library resource in China has gradually changed to digital library as the main body of knowledge resources which close to user oriented multi-sources and multi-types as structured and unstructured data coexist,showing a partial order but disorder of the whole dilemma,which is difficult to meet users demand for diversified one-stop search precision and personalized knowledge.To get rid of this dilemma,scholars have focused on the re-organization of the digital library resources.To further improve the efficiency of knowledge organization,utilization and service of digital library resources by aggregation means,and to expand the quality evaluation of digital library resource aggregation has become an important issue faced by scholars.By systematically analyzing the research achievements in the aggregation,domestic and foreign researches of digital library evaluation field,and using literature analysis,empirical research,simulation research and other research methods,based on the perspective of semantic and association fusion,this study focuses on the digital library resources quality evaluation and countermeasure.Specifically,this study mainly includes five parts.Chapter 3,the formation mechanism of quality aggregate resources defines the related concept of digital library,and expounds the related theory,the formation of the core theoretical framework;Chapter 4,theory of digital library resources based on grounded theory research of factors influencing aggregation quality to provide support for the fifth chapter;Chapter5,from the fusion and semantic perspective of multidimensional digital library resources quality evaluation index of the aggregation,to provide theoretical support for the sixth chapter;Chapter6 is based on the improved genetic algorithm and BP neural network,by the quality of multidimensional optimization model to study the aggregation of digital library resources using simulation method,to provide support for the seventh chapter;Chapter 7 is based on the above theory research study on the quality of digital library resource aggregation optimization strategy,which is the key application for theoretical level.The following are described in detail:Chapter3 the formation mechanism of the quality of the digital library resources aggregation.Based on theory of digital library resources,this chapter summarizes aggregation characteristics of digital library resources,combines the digital library resources aggregation process,proposes multidimensional digital library resources aggregation system,points out the quality attributes of digital library resources,expands the resources of digital library research on impetus of aggregation quality,and then analyzes the digital library resources aggregation quality formation mechanism.This chapter is the research framework of the core theory of the full text,which provides support for the subsequent chapters.Chapter4,the factors influencing the quality of digital library resources aggregation.This chapter,based on the realistic research situation of relevant scholars at domestic and abroad,has made a study of innovation theory,and ground theory has been applied to study the factors influencing the quality of digital library resource aggregation.In the research process,we strictly followed the ground theory research paradigm,and through the rigorous research process such as open coding,spindle coding,selective coding,and sampling saturation verification,we finally determined the influencing factors of the quality of digital library resource aggregation.This chapter provides support for the fifth chapter.Chapter 5,the quality evaluation index of multidimensional aggregation of digital library resources.On the basis of the research results of the third and the fourth chapters,the research on the quality evaluation of multi-dimensional aggregation of digital library resources is further expanded in this chapter.Based on the multi-dimensional perspective,the evaluation index system is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for empirical research.From the theoretical level to the digital library resources together to provide new ideas of quality evaluation,we also focus on the basis of practical knowledge in the service level reinforce the digital library,to optimize the resources and organizational structure and improve the ability of knowledge services providing a reference and guidance value.Chapter6,the multi-dimensional optimization model of the digital library resources aggregation quality.Based on the fifth chapter,this chapter tries to introduce the improved genetic algorithm into the BP neural network by using the advantages of genetic algorithm,such as simple computation,little dependence on solving problems and fast computation speed of concurrent threads.In order to further optimize the quality evaluation of library digital resources aggregationquality evaluation,a more optimized multi-dimensional optimization model of library digital resources aggregation quality is constructed,in order to further test the results of library digital resource aggregation quality evaluation,and to make efficient and objective prediction for large sample data.Chapter7,digital library resource aggregation quality optimization strategy.On the basis of the above results,this chapter clear the objectives and principles of quality optimization of digital library resource aggregation,construct the quality optimization system of digital library resource aggregation,put forward the optimization strategy,this chapter is the foothold of the practice.This paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.At the theoretical level,it provides a new way of thinking,not only for further study on quality evaluation to build a new framework of digital library resource aggregation,but also the expansion of quality resource and theoretical perspective of aggregation theory;in practice,it provides not only an objective evaluation of their own resources and organization,the quality of an effective evaluation means and methods,but also provides a reference and guidance value in optimizing the resources and organizational structure and improving the ability of knowledge services.This paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.At the theoretical level,not only for further study on quality evaluation of digital library resource aggregation to build a new framework,but also for the expansion of quality resource aggregation theory provides a new way of thinking,to broaden the theoretical perspective of resource aggregation;in practice,not only for the digital library objective evaluation of their own resources and organization the quality of an effective evaluation means and methods,and to optimize the resources and organizational structure and improve the ability of knowledge services provide a reference and guidance value.
