A Research For Dynamic Geometry Based On The IPad

Dynamic geometry software is a kind of software in which users can construct andmanipulate some geometric objects. By dynamic geometry software, users can constructgeometric objects, such as points, lines and circles, and geometric relations, then constructdynamic geometry graphics. Currently on the market, almost all of the software is theapplications of PC’s desktop. However, dynamic geometry software oriented at mobileterminal are rarely studied. As a large number of mobile terminals such as smart phone andtablet have become an integral part of information processing platform in our lives, it issignificant to develop dynamic geometry systems based on mobile terminal.Apple’s iPad is a kind of tablet issued in2010, which is oriented at between AppleCompany’s smart phones and laptop computers. In this article, with the aid of thedevelopment tool Xcode provided by Apple Company, the writer develop program ofdynamic geometry based on the iPad.In this thesis, the author used the development tools Xcode, and utilized iPad appdevelopment framework basic on the Cocoa Touch and MVC pattern. Then the authordesigned and developed a dynamic geometry software system, which has a basic function ofgeometric construction. These are the key in this thesis. In the third chapter, the authorintroduced the function and designing of the dynamic geometry software based on the iPadplatform. And the author also introduced how to implement these functions and designing. Inthe third section of chapter three, the author described in detail the realization of variousfunctions to create classes, analyzed the core code of this software and its logic relationship,and showed the drawing results after the moving and deleting operations.
