Space Postmodern Philosophical Perspective Space Characterization Of Smart City

Along with the process of urbanization in20th century, western philosophy began to reexamined and constructed for the philosophy of space and time."Space" is realized as a factor that has long been neglected, causing the western theorists growing concern for space and in interdisciplinary research began to change to the "space", which makes Philosophy and Social Sciences showing holistic "spatial turn" in the second half of the20th century.As Foucault said,"Space is no longer regarded as rigid, non-dialectical, something static, but it is seen as inspiring and theoretical concept of vitality". The formation of a certain trend highlights the space factor as a variety of interdisciplinary research with the development of the subject, such as Geography, sociology, cultural studies, urban planning and architectural design. We also began thinking of space and our understanding of the concept of space is no longer so strange. A number of factors in reality are driving the space as a universal point of view. The problems which are global economic crisis, the pressure on employment, housing issues, including the previously mentioned urban disease problem, are directly related to space.The wave of information technology brought a new round of information revolution and had made urban space structure change response. Urban space has far exceeded the boundaries of the geospatial rigidity. With more expansion for the virtual space or cyberspace range in information digital city, the actual space began to emerge in people’s lives. The intelligent objects which are intelligent transportation, smart community, smart campus made urban transport, community management, expansion of school education no longer just the traffic lights, property and within the walls of the spatial representation, all of that is a similar to the "super space" as a new form of space. And this form of space is not a flash in the pan occasionally. Smart city has caused growing concern at home and abroad, including government regulators and it was put on the planning the agenda as a faster process. Therefore, the study of the "smart city" needs a more comprehensive and urgent to carry out. The smart city is accompanied by a wave of digital information to the rise of a new style of urban space and text, and it’s increasingly as a way to solve urban problems in the future. This paper studied the spatial characteristics of the modern" smart city" from the philosophy of space argument viewpoint in order to prove the legality of the construction of the smart city from the perspective of space and we hope it plays a certain significance for the rise and development of smart city in the future.This article mainly includes the following three parts:the first part includes the introduction and the first chapter in the arrangement of the chapters. This part concerted on theoretical basic research. We explain the article studies the theory of legitimacy starting from research background, purpose and framework of this study and the literature. Then the study concerned on semantic shift from the "modern" to "post-modern" about space philosophy by combing the literature of space steering and philosophy of space so that it provided the theory behind the demonstration research; The second part consists of chapters two and chapters three. This part concentrates on sorting out the main definition of the concept and practice of development of the smart city and concluded stage of China’s smart city space-like state based on that. Then we discuss the spatial structure of smart urban from two perspectives of the technology to build and industrial content; The third part is the fourth chapter. This section, we deduct the characteristic of space for the wisdom of the city in the vision of the post-modern philosophy of space, which is based on three dimensions of space, the order of the space and symbolic space, so that it could be able to grasp the wisdom of the city at this stage in the appearance of the building behind the philosophy demonstration and essential characteristics.
