However there is a big gap in stability and precision of our filling pastesystem and pumping automatic monitoring system, so are in urgent need of research anddevelopment of high-precision, intelligent system of filling paste and pumpingautomatic monitoring system.For previous paste filling system and pump control system of ingredients has largeerror, low accuracy, high failure rate, the interface problems such as lack of humannature. This paper uses fuzzy control technology with the traditional PID controltechnology combination of ingredients to the system error compensation, designing thepreparation of filling paste system and pumping fully automatic monitoring and controlsystem. First comprehensively elaborate the preparation of filling paste system and thepumping system of filling paste automatic control system development, productionprocess, control system and the status quo at home and abroad,and model the process ofthe paste filling system and analyze the causes of error of ingredients; And then basedon the fuzzy PID control technology with the filling process of raw material ingredientserror compensation; Finally, industrial computer and PLC as the core, with ahigh-performance digital modular peripherals multi-level integration of computerautomatic control system; Practice results show that the designed system of filling pastepreparation and pumping automatic monitoring system to improve the accuracy ofbatching, meet and close to the actual engineering of high precision, high speed andhigh intelligent ingredients needed. So as to improve the filling effect of paste fillingmining.
