Tailings dam is a place which is surrounded by earth or to to build dams by thevalley mouth, it is used to restore metal or nonmetal mines ore tailings which discard,it is the necessary facilities for bargh to produce, it is not only a man-made highpotential energy debris flow but also an important pollution source of bargh. Afterenter the twenty-first century, as the global weather getting warmer and warmer, ourcountry has repeatedly to happen extreme weather, it has caused great losses to thelives and property of the people, as our country has a large population, the tailingspond hard to avoid residential areas, once the dam break, it will bring huge disaster, soit is very urgent to develop the adaptation to the extreme weather of on-linemonitoring of tailings dam.This topic originates from the "twelfth five-year" National Science andtechnology support program "mine typical disaster prediction and control of the keytechnology research and demonstration project", this project include seven separateproject,"Research on disaster prevention technology of metal mine tailings in extremeweather conditions (2012BAK09B04)" is the fourth project in it,my topic whichnamed "study of on-line monitoring technology of tailings dam in extreme weatherconditions" is the third subproject of "Research on disaster prevention technology ofmetal mine tailings in extreme weather conditions (2012BAK09B04)" in.demonstration base is the Yinshan Mining Co., Ltd. tailings dam which belongs tocopper corporation of Jiangxi, through carry out on-line monitoring to the tailingsdam surface displacement, internal displacement, the length of dry beach, video, thereservoir water level, rainfall amount, seepage line, and let it can reliably work inextreme weather conditions.In this thesis, aim at the tailings to develop seepage line on-line monitoringscheme design which can adapt to extreme weather conditions, the seepage line is thelifeline of tailings dam, the Height of it not only directly affects the stability of thedam, but also affect the downstream people’s safety. Firstly, establish based on BPneural network prediction model of the tailings dam seepage line, and accordance tothe "safety of tailings dam monitoring technical specifications"(AQ2030-2010)requirements to bury osmometer. Using lightning protecting and power supply devicewhich can adapt to extreme weather conditions to acquire the real-time data throughthe on-site data acquisition unit (MCU), and deliver it to the On-site duty room and display through the wired and wireless data transmission technology, use tailings damsafety warning information management system to assess the dam is safe or no, thendeliver the real-time data by INTERNET for government supervision departments andrelevant departments of the company to view, so as to improve the safety of bargh,and will put the research results in a variety of other metal or nonmetal mines tailingsdams.
