Tailings are set up in the mountains, which in the area of lightning activity frequent. Withthe development and renovation of tailings, a large number of monitoring system ofequipment be used to the active site, which wound make it easy to suffer from the harm ofthunder and lighting. At the same time, the complexity of the mountainous terrain and highsoil resistivity and other major problems seriously affect the tailings online monitoring systemof lightning protection and grounding device. Therefore, establishing the stable and reliableequipment on-line monitoring system for coal mine tailings of lightning protection groundingsystem to guarantee the reliable operation of the tailings online monitoring system andmonitoring system is extremely important to the safety of the equipment, The thesis mainlycontains the following aspects:(1) According to the meteorological conditions of dexing copper mine area provided bythe meteorological station, mode of yinshan mine old tailings in the mountains of lightningand lightning rule is analyzed, and it is concluded that the lightning protection level of theequipment in different voltage grade of the tailings site each station. Combined with fieldinvestigation and related theoretical specification, different voltage grade of electronic devicesneed to do different levels of lightning protection measures, it was concluded that the basestation lightning protection measures.(2) According to the old tailings of yinshan mine site tower lightning resisting level ofcalculation, the relationship between lightning resisting level and secondary equipment ofmonitoring system adapted to the tailings was concluded, which verified the effectiveness ofeach base station grounding measures. The different lightning protection level of base stationgrounding design scheme was given, and finally the whole tailings on-line monitoring systemdesign was designed by AutoCAD software.(3) Through the analysis of lightning current invasion of tailings of on-line monitoringdevice of the main ways, monitoring equipment of power supply and signal lightningprotection measures was concluded, And the validity and reliability of the lightning surgeprevention measures was verified by ATP-EMTP simulation software.In this article, through the work above, the old tailings of yinshan mine comprehensiveeffective on-line monitoring system for equipment lightningproof grounding system design was completed. This paper can make guarantee for lightning protection grounding of oldtailings of yinshan mine monitoring and control system equipment.
