In the large mine production enterprises, from raw materials to finished products, often needto pass many production links, such as ore of broken, ball mill, etc.According to the differentproduction process, the production of material from the last link down a link in the process,usually need belt discharging car (also called belt conveyor) to transfer, but also need bin to rawmaterial buffer and reserve. Therefore, the transport materials speed of discharge car and how tomake the bunker don’t appear empty bin or overflow warehouse phenomenon is also related toenterprise production efficiency important a ring.In order to realize automation control, we need to carry on research such as ore bin materiallevel, material level rate, car position. Through a certain algorithm and software technology,systhm solve the problem of the car, steering, positioning, stop, discharge, and ore bin mayappear empty bin or overflow capsule and so on,and finally achieve the normal operation of thesystem in no cases. At the same time, in order to ensure continuity of production and safety, thewhole system need to monitor the whole production link the site condition, through the analysisof the historical data perfect operation strategy, or the breakdown maintenance, etc. So the systemneed through the upper machine of the supervisory system of the equipment, real-time data andhistorical data of remote real-time monitoring.This paper designed a automation production and transportation process of the dischargecar,which is refer to the dressing fabric system. Aim to the process characteristics, the systemuses fuzzy control algorithm and ore bin blanking demand for priority to realize the control ofdischarge car positioning. Considering the continuity of the whole process, the system uses PIDto control the ore bin discharging mouth, achieve the purpose of constant feed, make the ball millprocess can run normally. At the same time, in order to realize and improve the entire productionline automatic production level,treat Siemens S7-300series PLC as the control core. PC usingYANHUA ipc, and through the MCGS software based on the monitoring interface to realize thereal-time monitoring.The design of this system can not only avoid the damage of traditional and close artificialoperation to human body, but also can carry on the reasonable layout under the circumstance ofnormal production run.This can reduce power consumption in the process of delivery, andimprove production efficiency by saving production cost. At the same time, the system uses PCmonitoring technology, making the whole production process to a unified network, and facilitatethe whole production process control and management.
