With the development of material industry, the application fields and themarket of Non-metallic pipes is growing continuously in national economicconstruction.Pipe system is the necessary main part (device) of marine workingplatform and vessel. In the past, the ballasting system of marine working systemand vessel are composed of metal pipe.Due to the poor corrosion resistance, shortlife, high cost, low profit of steel, it is very inconvenient for the producing.Therefore we need a new material of pipe system to replace metal pipe.And thecorrosion resistance, small proportion, light weight, easy installation of FRP pipeis an ideal choice. So it is particularly necessary to develop a production line fora set of marine glass pipe.The control system for marine FRP pipe production line is divided into threesystem winding, heating curing and extraction, and each of them worksindependently by IO interlocking to control the production line. Firstly thewinding rule is analyzed and it is applied into winding algorithm of windingcontrol system. It not only ensures the winding line type of monolayer but alsoensures the repeat of line type between layers. In this article the internal heatingcuring crafts of high-pressure FRP pipe is applied to the producing of vessel glasspipe. Therefore the low productivity and mobile inconvenience of outside heatingcuring are conquered. The Stripping Process of traditional production line isusually done manually by workers, this kind of working way is not onlyinefficient but also has serious security risks. In this article, the control ofstripping system is automated. The stripping procedure can be done automatically,and the true control of production line is realized.Winding control system adopts the control mode of IPC+MC206X motioncontroller, PC software adopts VC++Development, MC control procedure iscompiled with Trio language. Curing control system adopts touch screen+PLC+2408temperature control method. Touch screen works as the tool ofhuman-computer interaction, PLC works as the master and communication of thesystem,2048temperature controller controls the temperature of curing steam.Stripping system adopts touch screen+PLC control method. Touch screen worksas the tool of human-computer interaction, PLC works as the main controller ofthe system and the control of IO and communication.The result of a lot of text and practical production testing are0.2mmwinding control repeatability, Curing temperature error is less than3℃, successrate of stripping system automatically over95%.
