With the reform in China’s political, economic system, the traditional socialstructure is broken, various social contradictions have become increasingly prominent.That vulnerable groups in society become a special process of transformation iswidespread concerned. Since the new century, reported that the rapid warming ofvulnerable groups, social influence should not be underestimated. In recent years,according to a comprehensive analysis of the situation of vulnerable groups reported,on the one hand, the press emerged in a number of outstanding and influentialcoverage of vulnerable groups, and some even directly promoting the rule of law andsocial change processes and management systems. On the other hand, vulnerablegroups reported abnormal phenomena are constantly exposed; involving journalismethics anomie phenomenon is more prominent. Vulnerable groups reportedachievements worthy of recognition, but which exposed the problem is more worthyof discussion. Well, how is the news reports disadvantaged ethics anomie manifested?What causes this anomie phenomenon? How to avoid this anomie, so vulnerable tostandardize reports? This series of problems are pressing concerns.Based on the research background, this paper argues that research on vulnerablegroups reported ethical anomie phenomenon has important practical significance; thispaper takes two people’s livelihood news programs of Shandong Qilu TV ChannelThe Chat and Xiao Xi work as the research samples. On the basis of empiricalinvestigation, to show in a fixed period of vulnerable groups reported were analyzed,and strive to find in the process of reporting the news ethics anomie phenomenon,further explore the anomie reasons, put forward suggestions and strategies to evadeanomie.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, introduced the paper research significance, research status both at home and abroad as well asresearch methods and innovations of this article, and define the social vulnerablegroups, vulnerable groups reported, anomie, news ethics anomie many concepts,introduces the research involves the related theory, laid the theoretical basis forexpansion of below. The second part is about the disadvantaged groups reportedethical anomie phenomenon of inspection, the first affirmed the vulnerable groupsreport ethical anomie phenomenon of objective existence, through empirical researchmethod of The Chat and Xiao Xi work statistical data, from the use of news language,the news background, reported position different angles, such as the proof for theexistence of the two shows ethical anomie phenomenon, and the forms of thesedifferentiations induction and summary. Manifestations of journalistic ethics anomiecoverage of vulnerable groups are diverse, the reasons are complex, and I hope thisresearch can solve vulnerable to news reports ethics anomie play a valuable role in theimportance of the issue of vulnerable groups in order to attract more academicattention and thinking.
