The shipborne radar turntable is used to monitor and track the target under test.The performance of the servo system is an important factor which affects the speed and the precision of the target.In this paper,the turntable servo control system based on DSP is studied for a certain type of shipborne radar turntable.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and briefly describes the development level of the turntable and its control system.Then the hardware and software design of the turntable control system is designed.According to the requirements of the overall design of shipborne radar simulator,introduces the selection of the overall scheme of the control system and the main components,TMS320F2812 was selected as the core of the controller,so as to determine the external circuit,control system,detection module,protection module were established.The control system software includes two parts: the main program and the interrupt service program.The main program is controlled by the serial communication with the control system.Interrupt service routine contains the whole servo control system algorithm.Thirdly,the classical PID control algorithm is adopted in this paper.The current loop and speed loop are used in the control system.According to the load disturbance and measurement noise on the output of the system,the mathematical model is obtained by system identification method,and the system uses sensitivity analysis tool,by adding a correction network to improve the performance of the system,to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control method.Finally,the experimental platform is built to test the technical specifications of the control system.The test results and the technical requirements of the comparison results show that the indicators meet the requirements.
