As a equipment of sending and receiving electromagnetic waves, phased array antenna is widly used in the military and civilian field. The key index in structural design is the flatness of the antenna, which would cause phase error of the antenna, and than reduce the gains, increase sidelobe level, debase the pointimg accuracy.The error of flatness mainly include making errors and deformation of the structure.So making errors and deformation of the structure must be regulated in given range during structure design phase. The deformation of the structure is a greater error, which depends on the working conditions and working methods (load, support and movement etc). Because the rigidity of feed network is insufficient relatively, the flatness of the antenna must be ensured by the rigid of the framework. Therefore the framework of the antenna is the most important during structure design, and how to design framework reasonable is a problem to structure design staff.In this paper, static stiffness and strength analysis are performed using finite element method(FEM) when the antenna is slipping. By establishing finit element model of the antenna,the platforms and the leatheroid ground, the laws of dynamic stress and deformation are researched. Analyse the reasons of structure breakage when it slips, which offers a theoretical basis the product design. The main contents are included as follows:①Introducing the structure components and design point, the model of the antenna built by using three-dimensional software-Solidworks.②Based on the basal principle of finite element mesh partition, quadrilateral shell element, hexahedral element, wedgy element are employed to build the finite element model in Hypermesh software.③Based on the finite element model, using Abaqus software to analyse and evaluate the dynamics simulation when it is slipping, gainning the stiffness and strength in the processes of slipping, and than advance the method of enhancing the stiffness and strength, offer a theoretical basis of structure design.
