Blast furnace burden distribution directly affects the stability and distribution of blast furnace gas, blast furnace product, anterograde, and plays a vital role in reducing fuel consumption and improving the life of a blast furnace. As one of the most flexible methods to adjust blast furnace production, the rule of burden distribution attracts great attention and research. Blast furnaces in shouqin are tiny, use several types of coal, parameters of burden adjust frequently. The effect of adjustment can’t be well at all times, the direction of adjustment is even wrong sometimes. It is imperative to develop a burden distribution simulating system.This thesis introduces development process of a burden distribution simulating system for non-bell blast furnace. The system uses C/S four-tier structure, follows the object-oriented design thinking. By using factory mode and reflection technology, the system is easy to extend and maintain. The system is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio2005, development language is C#. With the powerful library resources, the efficiency of software development increase greatly. System implemented editing blast information, editing initial material surface, Appearance settings, computing the shape of Burden Distribution, ore coke ratio and so on. Using GDI+interface, the shape of the material surface and rate of ore and coke can be displayed dynamically. Finished testing, simulation results of the system is reasonable. The system meets user requirements, and can be used for burden adjustment on blast furnace.This thesis first introduces the subject’s background, the contents of the study, and then introduced the topic technology used in the system. In the part of system analysis, user requirements and business processes are introduced firstly.According to user requirements and characteristics of the system, the development and runtime environment are introduced. In system design part architecture design, module design and functional design are completed, and ER diagram and data dictionary are given. In the part of system implementation, this thesis describes the function of the implementation processes and methods, and material surface feature by highlights. System testing part describes the software method based on unit testing, integration testing, user interface testing and stress testing, and introduces analysis of the simulation results and measured results. Finally, the work in this thesis is summarized and the further steps are prospected.
