The efficiency of blast furnace iron-making is greatly improved compared with other means. With the fast development and evolution of the blast furnace iron-making, it slowly becomes the most important means in iron-making. On the basis of the raw material and smelting conditions, blast furnace burdening is a method obtained a desired ratio. It can be used to design all kinds of furnace charge composition ratio, simulatenously it is the most popular in blast furnace smelting process.The content of blast-furnace burdening calculation is large and complex, which will cause serious problems such as low efficiency, waste of time, hard to control and lack of standard. After collecting and gathering the demands and suggestions from the managers in the company, advices and suggestions about the system construction are proposed. Using the UML to create the related models. The database design and programming are also finished. The burdening optimization achieved by linear programming can earnestly increase the efficiency of this calculation, and create a simple, consistent calculation for both new and old employees. The system is delivered to the clients. The blast furnace iron-making’s ingredient and burdening management system described in this paper has a perfect process and method. The theory includes the balance of material which is very common in blast-furnace iron-making. Then modeling through linear programming and find the optimal solution through simplex method.This thesis includes 5 parts:The first is the introduction of relevant content; the second chapter describes the present situation of blast furnace burdening calculation’s development and lists the, prototype of the calculation methods; the third chapter explains and analyses the methods and the results of blast furnace burdening optimization; the fourth chapter introduces how to complete the components management system; the fifth chapter summarizes the whole text and puts forward to prospects in the future.
