Reference to domestic and foreign advanced technology, BF today's advanced bell-term process to improve the fabric furnace control precision approach using a variety of fabrics, making the fabric evenly, reliability, and easy to use. Then, according to the BF process control system, programmable controller designed to complete the three elements of the fabric-material flow valve, angle and rotation angle of the chute control. In this system, PLC (programmable controller) as a core component of the entire production line plays the role of monitoring and control.Finally, Rockwell completed a BF of PLC control systems. The core software program used experts to self-learning control algorithm, and modular programming, improved security and code portability. The monitoring program interface features relatively complete, contains the user interface, data monitoring, device status, fabric parameter setting, monitoring batching, feeding monitoring, historical trend analysis and other functions. System through simulation tests and field tests to run, actually run well.The control system is put into use to overcome the existing system relies on manual adjustment of the lack of human experience, to make BF more precise control, greater efficiency, better reliability, lower failure rate, so the technical level of blast furnace production and economic indicators significantly improved.
