This paper discusses the subsystem electricity of the ANYANG No.5 BF ironmaking process and hardware design, network structure and communication protocol of instrument Automatic Control System, mainly offers the method of accomplishing system function and the design of control software as well.The whole Blast Furnace Automatic Control System is made up of PLC Controller, WinCC Monitoring Station and Industrial Ethernet. Via the Industrial Ethernet, we could collect parameters from hot blast stove and blast heater, as well as the combustion and automatic changeover control of hot blast stove. This thesis designs the monitoring interface and the monitoring program for the system, which could realize the function of surveillance for the on-site dynamic data, historical data archiving, abnormal signal alarm, field operation guidance and the control of the production process.The Automatic Control System has been applied to the production line and the process control of PLC system technology has also met the requirements of field technology, with the monitoring interface easy to operate, which are helpful to raise the production efficiency and quality, to reduce cost and labor intensity. The PLC, having the advantages of flexible configuration, stable control, easy programming and maintenance, enjoys reliable operation and satisfying function in its work.
