Development of the mine intelligent detection instrument based on embeded GUI isdeisigned ang implemented. For the nonlinear problem of output of sensor, we develop adata reconstruction method, using least square fitting and radial basis function errorinterpolation fusion reconstruction, in the condition of increasing the limited computingquantity, the data acccracy of the sensor is improved; This paper uses ARM11as themain processor to build the management subsystem of Windows CE6.0operating systembeing mainly nuclear,and uses STM32as the coprocessor to build the data acquisitionand processing subsystem of μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system being auxiliary nuclear, thenthe paper implements the construction of the double kernel embedded operatingsystem,conducts the gas detection, speed detection, temperature detection, flow testing,the roadway section perimeter and area measurement; We design the state analysisfunction, analyzing the detected data comprehensivly, relying on the library of theevaluation experience to make decision. Field test shows that, the detection with highintelligence, strong data processing ability and other characteristics.
