In order to facilitate the implementation of production management and qualitytracking of billet,when we found quality problems in product testing,it can be tracedback to a problem with the link in a timely manner,and Generally typically uniformthe number of billet. At present,Compared with foreign billet number automaticspraying equipment,Domestic development of automatic spray machine can not bewell adapted to the requirements of the iron and steel enterprises to controlperformance.Therefore, the enterprise needs to develop a new injection machinecontrol system of economical and practical,simple structure,stable function,accordwith modern steel billet production enterprises.This paper analysis the present situation of domestic and international researchmachine hot steel rolling, the iron and steel enterprises, combined with the technicalrequirement for the marking equipment, developed a novel hot steel rolling machinecontrol system of water-based heat resistant coatings.In this paper,fistly,elaboratedthe research background and the current research status of both at home and abroad onbillet, spraying equipment,put forward the problems existing in the domestic markspraying equipment,then according to technical indicators and technical process ofbillet spray equipment,Design of the overall design scheme of control system of hotsteel rolling machine.The actual demand of jet printing character combination of ironand steel enterprises, Siemens S7-Technology technological functions of the systemmatrix expansion design, at the same time on the design and implementation processof the matrix was analyzed.
