Research And Application Of The Software Application Evaluation Based On The User Experience

Evaluation is an important drive link in the software lifecycle, and if loseevaluation, the software development lifecycle will fracture, and then the softwarecannot keep circulating and evolving in the market, eventually lead to its exit from themarket. For a software product has not been eliminated, its development lifecycle is aloop diagram, and this means that the evaluation report is a new beginning of the nextnew lifecycle, and it also provides a scientific feedback, improvement program andnew product idea for the product upgrading. Nowadays, globalization marketcompetition makes the enterprise’s survival and development largely depends on theuser, so the enterprise need to provide customer satisfaction of products and servicesas guide, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty as goals, through technicalinnovation and product innovation to develop and guide the market, and with the bestquality, best service to win the long-term competitive advantage.This paper introduces the concept o f the user experience to the softwareapplication evaluation, and defines the application evaluation on the basis of the userexperience, to clarify the relationship between the user and the product, and proposesthat the real application evaluation result s can only be produced through theinteractive between the user and software, and the target user group’s evaluationresults have more important research value to the software evaluation research. On thebasis of the research of ux design’s hierarchical model, software applicationevaluation model is put forward, and it makes the comprehensive evaluation throughthree levels: functional layer, application layer and experience level. In theapplication evaluation model design, the object oriented concept is introduced, andthis makes the evaluation object divided into a number of child evaluation objectswith more clear functions, goals, tasks; these child evaluation objects set up thecoupling relationship by the evaluation ind exs. But also because of the couplingrelationship between evaluation indexs, the evaluation result of the evaluation objectcannot be obtained directly by the child objects evaluation results, in order toeliminate the coupling relationship this paper puts forward the object evaluationalgorithm and child object evaluation algorithm, to makes the evaluation result moreaccurate.According to this evaluation mechanism, demostic hardware and softwareapplication evaluation system was designed and implemented, through hunan province government office information system’s application evaluation as aninstance, verify the practical value of the evaluation mechanism.
