This Paper builds the mobilecollaborative software user mental models from two dimensions, these twodimensions are user experience of existing products, product expectations, thenestablishes user experience evaluation system.As mobility of using scenario and fragmentation of using time, this paperproposes mobile collaborative software design method based on the user mentalmodel. During the design process, this paper completes user persona byextracting a list of user role feature from the user mental model, then builds usingscenario of mobile collaborative software based on the user mental model, afterthat summarizes optimization direction through user mental model, user personaand using scenario. In the frame and detailed design process, this paper usesscenario oriented design method, ensuring guiding role of user mental model.After completing the basic design, this paper uses guided scenario and usabilitytesting to validate the validity and correctness of this design method.The interaction design research of mobile collaborative software has animportant theoretical and practical significance on the design of future mobileoffice software, at the same time it has an important guiding significance for thecompany to develop and improve the design specifications and design process.
