The Design Of Warehouse Management System Based On The Web Services And The Research Of Its Zero Storage Technology

Nowadays, Warehouse management system is very important for the enterprises However, people always manage the warehouse by the traditional artificial ways, which has many shortcomings such as low efficiency and poor secrecy. Therefore, it is very necessary for user to design a set of perfect warehouse management system. Aim to the deficiency of the traditional WMS. This paper mainly studies the management of EX-warehouse, budget and the design and realization of inventory function module. The main research work is as follows:A practical management information system have been developed, which can realize the material the ins and outs of registration, the inquiry statistics, the project budget, etc. According to the actual needs of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the function of the enterprise warehouse management system, describes the five subsystems modular structure design and implementation process of the main technical points based on the warehousing management, dispatch management, inventory management, project budget and purchasing management. At the same time, the code maintenance and stock balance management has been designed.Zero storage technology has been added to the WMS.AHP is the method of qualitative and quantitative decision analysis, which helps the decision maker to model the decision thinking and quantify. ABC is the management method that divide all kinds of inventory in enterprise into A(important storage), B(general storage) and C(trivial storage), respectively according to certain standards. Due to the feature of the capital and storage in the present warehouse management, based on the analysis of the Web Service platform, this paper sees the zero storage management as the main body and combines the method of AHP and ABC classification, analyzes the ins and outs of warehouse management based on the example of a supermarket, the zero storage technology is embedded in the warehouse management and have achieved satisfied results, provides a strong support for the decision of warehouse management system.
