| Warehouse inventory management is not only an important part of operation management of an enterprise but also a key to gain economic benefit. An enterprise can achieve best economic benefit by reasonable production, in-time sale, minimum inventory and reducing over stock. This is can be seen that the economic benefit of an enterprise is directly influenced by decision of inventory management. Under the manual management, the sellers have difficulties to make correct supply promise for the customers. Meanwhile, the production departments are short of a correct production plan. The current production situation and market demand are hard to be accurately reflected in the production. The communication between the departments is not unblocked. So the enterprise is in an unfavorable position in the fierce competitive market. The warehouse inventory management is created in this situation.
