The Design And Implementation Of China Petroleum Material Warehouse Management System

With the continuous development of information technology,more and more attention has been paid to the inventory management. Internal materials and commodity product management are the key points of enterprise’s inventory management,and also the important aspect of enterprise decision-makers’ concern. Therefore,the realization of internal materials,product management has become the core content of inventory management information.Information content of inventory management covers the whole process from raw materials to products in the whole production process,as well as the whole process of the goods out of the library. Inventory management involves all aspects of the production,procurement,from the initial enterprise business orders began,orders for production of the decomposition of raw materials warehouse management system,purchasing department on the basis of the existing inventory of shortage of raw material procurement. If purchasing raw materials into the enterprise, the management personnel to the procurement of materials for inspection,registration and warehousing,production department according to the order of commodity production. If the product is produced and processed,the management personnel should be put in storage,and according to the production order.In this paper,the development of the system is mainly based on the B/S structure,using Oracle11 g as a database,according to the actual needs of the enterprise management system of each function. First of all,in the early stage of system design,the system needs analysis,and then the overall construction of information system architecture,and finally based on the actual situation to improve the system,and complete the procurement of materials to the whole process of production. Material warehouse management system includes: import,shipping management module,inventory management module,statistical report generation module,product storage management module,and product delivery module,etc..The system after the completion of the production,a comprehensive system test. The test results show that:system can effectively realize petroleum products inventory management information,covering material inventory management in the whole process, material procurement,production,and inventory management to provide help,in line with the expected goal of enterprise high efficiency.The application of this system in the enterprise,can greatly improve the work efficiency,enterprises inventory management an important means, and help companies better to materials management,enhance the overall customer satisfaction,to solve the problem of lack of warehouse management,has very high practical value.
