With the rapid development of the logistics industry,as an important part of the supply chain of various materials,the position of warehousing in the operation of enterprises is becoming more and more important.At the same time,the development of informatization has also prompted business managers to pay more attention to the construction of digital warehousing systems.In warehouse management,the allocation and placement of the goods in the warehouse is an extremely important issue.Traditional methods often rely on the subjective experience of sorting personnel which makes it difficult to make a scientific and reasonable allocation of goods.This paper designs an information-based warehouse management system for a police equipment warehouse,and conducts research,design and application on the optimization of storage space allocation,aiming to improve the management level of warehouse operations.To meet the requirements of a police equipment warehouse management system,the system is divided into the system management module,the basic data management module,the warehouse management module,the inventory management module,and the purchasing information statistics module.The Shiro framework is used to complete the login function,permission setting and other functions in the system management module;Bootstrap Table and ZTree is applied into completing the information display of the basic data management module;Apache POI is used to solve the document import and export function in the warehouse management module;use ECharts to implement the inventory visualization;in the purchasing information statistics module,the database triggers are used to achieve multi-table synchronization of historical purchasing data,what’s more,based on the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm and TOPSIS,this module can provide users with a suitable purchasing amount allocation plan.The optimization of the allocation of storage locations is closely integrated with the system business,which is the focus of this article.Firstly,the warehouse shelf layout is analyzed and selected in this paper,based on this,the CAD diagram and model of the plane layout is given.Secondly,after analyzing the common cargo location allocation rules,a mathematical model for the optimization of storage location allocation is constructed;the gray wolf algorithm is used as the basic algorithm to design a multi-objective gray wolf optimization algorithm;in order to improve the weak local search ability of the gray wolf algorithm and convergence,this paper introduces the variable neighborhood search algorithm to improve the gray wolf algorithm.At the same time,a comparative analysis is carried out with examples to prove that the fusion algorithm has better convergence and high-quality solutions in solving the optimization problem of the system’s cargo allocation.Finally,the multi-objective gray wolf optimization algorithm with variable neighborhood search and the ideal plan selected by the TOPSIS method are applied to the storage and shelf process,and the pre-loading positions of the goods to be stored are reasonably allocated.Through the design,implementation and testing of the warehouse management system,it is ensured that the system meets the online requirements.The construction of an informationized police equipment warehouse management system has very important practical significance for warehouse management and operation,and helps to improve warehouse management efficiency.
