Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the development of network technique, the control technology of TCN (Train Communication Network) based on microprocessor control has been developing rapidly in China. The technology of Train Network Control is the nerve center of modern trains, which also provides technology guarantee for train safety. In fact, TCN, a kind of data communication system which can be applied in vehicle devices, is mainly responsible for the control of the train, check, detection and so on. Meanwhile, it is also a core component of The Distributed Train Control System.From the standpoint of the Train Control System development of late years, the character and the trend of Train Network Control are reviewed. After that, the basic knowledge of the MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus) and WTB (Wire Train Bus) are introduced. I choose one of Dalian Light Railway as case study and introduce the equipment of Train Control Network used in the project which includes Central Control Unit and Remote I/O Unit. At the same time, this article makes brief explanation of the UniCAP which was used on host computer. Then, by using this software, I write the program for auxiliary control system(Door control system, Air conditioning control system, Passenger information system and auxiliary power supply system),which contain life signal detection of door controller, sequence starting of air conditioning compressor, the setting of initiating station and terminal station and time setting.Finally, this project achieves the desired goal.The advanced network control platform of the project was introduced from abroad. This equipment has strong capacity in data processing; Perfect redundancy configuration raises the reliability of its application; with its advanced program software, people can use it easily to cope with complex control program. Currently, this equipment has been widely used in abroad, such as Czech Republic’s Prague Metro, The Japanese Shinkansen and so on; In addition, there have been good examples in domestic, such as Chengdu metro. This time One of Dalian Light Railway is also operated in this platform. This result test showed that this set of Network Control Platform runs stably. Not only can it achieve scientific research and experiment but also achieve the need of application in modern trains. So the design in this control program is correct. It can fulfill the requirement of control in trains.
