In recent years, as one of the three core technologies of Internet of Things, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has developed rapidly and applied in many fields and popularity. RFID technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology, it realize the communication between the reader-writer and radio frequency tag data by using the radiofrequency waves. Reader-writer is one of the most important parts in a radio frequency identification system, so the research and development of the UHF RFID reader-writer meets the ISO/IEC18000-6standards has gradually become the focus and hotspot in the field. By this reason, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to research the key technology in UHF RFID reader-writer.The remainder of this thesis is organized as follows. First, I briefly introduce the basic principle of radio frequency identification system, and analysis the communication protocol of the ISO/IEC18000-6Type A and Type B in UHF RFID system. Under these two kinds of protocol, simulate the UHF RFID read-write device by using simulink at the time level of the system respectively. And simulate the read and write device system by using the Matlab function at the frequency level of the system. At the same time, after the introduction of the commonly used coding scheme and validation method, analysis the PIE encoding technology, Manchester encoding technology and FMO encoded and cyclic redundancy check used in Type A and Type B, and realize numbers of simulations about coding scheme and verification by using the hardware description language (VHDL) on FPGA codec. Secondly, I also simulate the overall characteristics of rf front-end module, and the results are in accordance with the ISO/IEC18000-6.
