The purpose of this article is to understand the generation and development of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID), and to study the structure of RFID, to explore the application of RFID, to research the important issue of communication protocol and circuit structure of RFID. In the wake of these basic theories, an intelligent storage system is introduced to make up for deficiencies of the current RFID application, thus promoting the healthy and orderly development of the RFID industry.The entire RFID based intelligent storage system consist of 3 subsystems, RFID tag transceiver, mobile client software application, server database.UHF band, ISO/IEC 18000 RFID tag is used in the proposed system, tag identity information decoded by the RFID tag transceiver is issued throuth the BT to the cellular. This article proposes a complete systematic RFID application solution with features from RFID tag getting to data transmission, and processing, which improves the existing applications and promote the performance of RFID application at the same time.The article is structured as follows: the 1st chapter talks about regular automatic identification system, application of RFID, and introduces the research background, the main research content, research objectives and significance of research ideas and methods; chapter 2 introduces the design of RFID tag transceiver, including the embedded hardware and software; mobile client software application on Android platform is discussed in chapter 3, where as database on server in chapter 4. Finally, the subject of the work is summarized, and the RFID application is prospected.
