At present, Chinese medicine university in Heilongjiang has some problems need to be solved urgently, such as the standardization of all kinds of the management information system, and the high efficiency of the processing and storage for a vast amount of data. The university hopes to integrate the campus school resources and improve school service level by constructing IC card system.This thesis began with the project application background and the basic concepts of RFID technology, connecting with the school management experience for RFID application in the campus management were studied and discussed in this paper. In this paper, we design a non-contact campus id system which adopts the most advanced technology of radio frequency identification(RFID).This system make the functions of the meal card, library card, water card of students into a PICC close coupling IC card, with PCD reader for wireless radio frequency communication terminal subsystems to complete the classmates to buy rice, borrow books and other functions, in addition, this system also increased the function of the attendance and students’ management, fully meet the requirements of the digital campus management.Among them, the IC card system is mainly composed of reader(PCD), transponder(PICC) and top parts, according to the ISO/IEC 14443 standard for each subsystem communications system, and according to the integrity and security of the communication data problem, adopted a lot of key technologies such as a system of information coding, modulation, demodulation and collision algorithm, which guaranteed the self-transferred system running smoothly.
