In view of the lagging device, this thesis analyzed key equipment on the basis of the research of magnesite board production process, especially studied the quantitative weighing process.First of all, this paper analyzed the processing technology of magnesite board, and introduced the key equipments of the magnesite board production line, including the automatic batching system, the mixing system, template grasping system, cleaning system, release agent spray system, roll forming system, cutting device, curing molding system. The control process of part of the equipment were described, And analyzed each motor actuator, control switch and the solenoid valve’s function of the plate actuator, feeding actuator and unloading plate and plate mold separation actuatorSecondly, came up the DCS control system architecture based on the magnesite plate production line according to the analysis of the control volume. At the same time, in order to verify the feasibility of DCS system architecture, designed a small model to analysis. And finally selection the ZIGBEE wireless as communication bus based on the introduction of RS485bus, CAN bus, ZIGBEE wireless communication.Then, make the overall design of hardware and software system according to the communication scheme is chosen, the modular design idea is used in the hardware system design, the system including serial communication module, power management module, data acquisition module, wireless communication module and liquid crystal display module; in the software design, used a variety of command and control (the data of single and periodic return) to control the sensor nodes, and completed the data collection, data upload and PC interface display part.Thirdly, determined the number of nodes and node location in the maintenance room through the research of the coverage problem; solved some programming problems through the analysis of the key problems; through the analysis of the transmission distance, to facilitate the comparison in the distance and the actual transmission.Finally, determined the test scheme of small control system, and did the network test, transmission distance test and PC interface display test. The user can control the node in the maintenance room through the command from PC. And display the test data by the graphical on the computer. Experiments show that, the system has the features of flexible control, monitoring accuracy; it provides a good solution for the DCS control system based on the magnesite board production line. |
