With the rapid development of world information industry, thepopularization of the computer and communication network, and as themicroelectronics technology becomes more refined, the types of machine roomequipment in various industries have been increasing exponentially. Meanwhilethe management of machine room also becomes difficult. Under thesecircumstances, types of equipment of data acquisition and monitoring, andremote controller also emerge as the times require. In recent years, due to theembedded technology is more and more favored by the developers, embeddedsystems has injected fresh "blood" to the room monitoring system, a variety ofnew embedded engine room monitoring system has begun to gradually dominatethe market. According to the current development of machine room power andenvironment monitoring system at home and abroad, this paper aims to provide adesign scheme of monitoring system based on embedded Web server.Firstly, the paper overall represents the application status and prospects ofthe machine room power environment monitoring system. Then through thecomparative analysis of other design plans, this paper’s scheme has beendetermined finally. Through in-depth studying the function of each module, thispaper devises the communication protocol of remote supervisory control and dataacquisition. In the aspect of hardware, this paper introduces the core controlmodule combined LPC3250with CPLD, digital monitoring module, switchcontrol module, and the serial communication module. In the software part, thispaper describes the construction and transplantation of embedded Linux systemand Web server, the program of system device driver, the design of Javascript andCGI dynamic interactive form, and the storage and processing of Sqlite database.This system not only passes the test in the laboratory environment, but alsoattains the testing standard of the monitoring in stability of Beijing’s inspection departments. It has been delivered for using, and achieved the desired. Theresults show that the technical performance index of the system meets the designrequirements. It can successfully implement the monitoring of variousenvironmental parameters and data storage in remote machine room.And thisprovides a new solution for the monitoring system of machine room.
