Design Of The Hazard Source Monitoring System Based On CAN Bus

With the rapid development of petrochemical industry, malignant withdangerous chemicals-related major industrial accidents occur frequently, it hascaused great concern of the international community. In recent years, China hastaken a series of measures to strengthen safety supervision of dangerous chemicals,rendering the country of dangerous chemical safety situation improvement. Butbecause of weak production base, the monitoring of enterprise safety managementlevel is not high, technological backwardness and other reasons, hazardous chemicalaccidents occur, therefore, hazard monitoring system into the necessary way in orderto prevent the risk of major accidents. This paper designed a hazard detection systembased on CAN bus and try to reach under the security context of the monitoring ofvarious hazards, and designed a PC, complete data communications.Examined the principles of hazard monitoring systems, determine themonitoring system monitor objects, including temperature, liquid level, pressure, gasconcentrations, hazard monitoring, and monitoring parameters of scope, developedthe monitoring system design.Design master to single-chip microcomputer chip hardware circuits, includingsignal conditioning circuits, peripheral circuits, A/D conversion circuit,microprocessor serial communication circuits, LCD circuits, keyboard, memorycircuits, power circuit, CAN bus communication circuits.Hardware design of the monitoring system, based on complete single-chipcommunication, data acquisition and processing, and other parts of the program. Anddesigned PC interface, CAN bus communication test is complete.This issue hazard monitoring system design based on CAN bus interacts withhardware structure is simple, friendly interface, cost-effective high, achieve theintended purpose, can meet the market needs, research has a certain practical value ofthe thesis.
