While our country's economy develops rapidly, the safety issues of enterprise receives more and more attention. As the electric power enterprise which relates to the lifeline of the nature economy, safety production is particularly important.We must control the dangerous source in order to ensure safety .To control the dangerous source, we must identify hazards in the work first and evaluate hazards secondly, take measures to prevent accidents at last. The identification and evaluation of hazards in our work mainly depends on the experience of staff. It has certain subjectivity. So we need to build a system which can identify and evaluate hazards to make our identification and evaluation of hazard's work more rapidly, accurately and scientifically and rationally. In establishing this system process, this paper has been completed some work as follow:1. It introduces the hazard identification evaluation research at home and abroad at present. According to understanding situation, at present nobody can use information system to identify and evaluate hazard. Basically staying in the theory, it relies on people who master the theory to identification and evaluation the hazard.2. It introduces some basic knowledge of the hazard identification evaluation system.3. For hazard identification evaluation system ,we conducted the demand and feasibility analysis . It introduces our electricity production business process. The team, management personnel, leadership need an identification evaluation system to quickly and accurately evaluate the hazard in our production. From personnel condition, technical condition, economic condition, we have analyzed the realization feasibility of system.4. From several aspect such as the system framework, physical composition, software structure, identification standard, evaluation weight, we have conducted overall design for hazard identification evaluation system.5. From several aspect such as logic layer,the presentation layer,database,security, we have carried out the detailed design for hazard identification evaluation system.6. Establishing the parameters set module, identification evaluation module, identification evaluation statistical module such specific module can realize hazard identification evaluation system.
