It usually uses the dangerous goods transport vehicles to transport the industrial products such as oil, gas, dynamite and so on between the cities in the development of cities. In view of the harmfulness of dangerous goods, the monitoring of dangerous transport vehicles is of great significance to the safety and stability of cities. This paper is based on the demand of the actual engineering project, it uses a variety of new information security technology. This paper proposes improvement schemes on the safety and information security risk occurring in the body of dangerous goods transport vehicles(including the industrial production site) and the driving process in order to strength the safety monitoring and information security of the dangerous goods transport vehicles. In this paper, it does the research from two aspects of the vehicles body and driving process according to the characteristics of the dangerous goods transport vehicles monitoring system. So this paper is composed of two parts:Firstly, according to the characteristics of the real time monitoring system inner the dangerous goods transport vehicles, this paper increases the security designs for the production process monitoring system and production environment monitoring system respectively. On one hand, this paper analysis and research the production process monitoring system on Modbus. This paper proposes improvement scheme aiming to improve the security level. It provides comprehensive information protection by the way of standardizing system protection level, constructing access control policy, dividing user operation authority, encrypting information and so on. On the other hand, this paper research the security problems of production environment monitoring system on Zigbee protocol. It analyzes the security requirements and hidden dangers of the production environment monitoring system. This paper puts forward the corresponding security defense mechanism. It focus on the design and implementation of the key management scheme and message authentication mechanism, so it can ensure the information security.Secondly, as a result of the safety risks may occur in the dangerous goods transport vehicles driving process, this paper designs and implements a monitoring system of dangerous goods transport vehicles based on GIS/GPS technology. It can monitor and plan at the monitoring center in real time in order to ensure the safety of surrounding environment during the dangerous goods transport vehicles driving process, by means of getting the location information of vehicles throw the vehicle terminals. It introduces the design of the alarm system as a example.Combing the foregoing design mentality, this paper implements the complete monitoring system and tests the functions. The results show that the system can monitor the production process and the motion, so it can ensure the safety of dangerous vehicles and their surroundings.
