From the view of issue management, combing with the knowledge of disciplines about management and dissemination, through the integration of the core theory, and analysis of the cases study, this paper from the media and opinion leaders respectively to discuss the enterprise crisis communication issues in the view of the issue management.This paper is divided into four sections. The introduction introduces the research background, significance of the topic, research ideas, research methods and research status at home and aboard, combed the present situation of this study from the macroscopic view. The second part defines the related notions, such as the crisis communication, issues management, and the relationship between them. The third part is the focus of the paper, by analyzing the two greatest enterprise crisis communication events, it explores the role of the media and opinion leaders in the enterprise crisis communication issues building and guiding, and how to interactive cooperation with the enterprise transmission, and proposes a general propagation path mode. The fourth part is the focus of the paper, by the foregoing analysis, it puts forward the enterprise crisis communication countermeasures from the dimension of the media and opinion leaders under the issue management. The conclusion concludes the paper, and puts forward its shortage and the future direction of this study.Crisis erupts suddenly. From the analysis, the author believes that the enterprise crisis communication under the issue management is nothing more than pro-active prevention. Only in this way, can it create a favorable environment for the enterprise. In short, the modern enterprise must establish a strong sense of crisis at any time, make an effort in peacetime, and continue to strengthen the ability of communication, training topics to guide consciousness. Always remember turning crises into opportunities is the most precious value under the management of enterprise crisis communication.
